Some mold factories will make CAE analysis at begining and then make pre-deformation mold design according to the deformation data from CAE report, but the value is different betwen actual and thoery. so the engineer will think the mold flow analysis is not accurate, but in our opinion, CAE data can be used but it depends on how to read the deformation value.
